The hotel greeted us with a room upgrade to an executive suite, amazing. The executive lounge offered delicious food and drinks, rivaling even the renowned Mandarin Oriental in Singapore. The staff, particularly Dickie in the bar and the ladies and gentlemen in the executive lounge, were attentive and made us feel pampered. The hotel's design and cleanliness were perfect, creating a luxurious and cozy atmosphere. We also enjoyed the beautiful restaurant for dining and breakfast, where we were spoiled for choice with a wide variety of options. And to top it off, the hotel is conveniently located near Lumpini Park, great to easily explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious stay in Bangkok.

The hotel is stunningly beautiful, with amazing gardens and a convenient location near restaurants and shops. The rooms are modern, spacious, and well-equipped, exceeding expectations. The staff is professional and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet is great, with a wide variety of high-quality options.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the staff at the Spa & wellness centre were knowledgeable and accommodating, offering a wide range of treatments including body wraps and full-body massages. the outdoor swimming pool was stunning, with an infinity pool and sun terrace overlooking a beautiful garden area. the onsite restaurant served delicious Halal food, and the bar/lounge area provided a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy a drink.

The only minor issue I had was with the location, which wasn't as central as I would have preferred. the hotel provided a shuttle service to nearby shopping centers, which helped to alleviate this inconvenience.

We were amazed by the luxurious amenities that this hotel provided. This venue had beautiful rooms that were spacious and comfortable, and we especially loved the separate dressing area and bathroom, as well as the living area that enhanced our experience. We enjoyed the spa and wellness centre, sauna, outdoor swimming pool, and jacuzzi, and the beautiful garden area with sun loungers and picnic tables.

The only minor issue we faced was the check-in process, which was slower than expected for a 5-star hotel. Nevertheless, the hotel more than made up for this with the fantastic service and the overall luxurious experience.

The hotel is in a great location near multiple malls, about a 10-20 minute walk away. The breakfast offers a variety of options and the rooms are remarkable and super clean. The staff, especially Mr. Thitinat , were friendly and helpful, providing a warm welcome and upgrading our room to a suite. The rooms look just like the pictures on the website and the hotel even provided special surprises for our wedding anniversary. The hotel also offers vegan options for breakfast and is close to the Chit Lom BTS station. The hotel grounds, lobby, and gardens are beautiful and the staff are professional and attentive. The pool area has great views and the breakfast selection is impressive. our stay at Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok exceeded our expectations.

Felt like a fairy tale stay, no complaints.

This hotel's location is perfect for business travelers. It is situated in the center of everything, with easy access to other shopping centers and transportation options like taxis or Grab. The rooms are beautifully designed and spacious, with separate dressing areas and bathrooms. The friendly staff provides excellent service, going above and beyond to accommodate guests' needs. The breakfast options are delicious, with a variety of choices including vegan and Middle Eastern dishes. The hotel also offers great facilities such as a beautiful lobby, cozy bar, and a stunning infinity pool on the 9th floor.

The check-in process was a bit slower than expected for a hotel of this standard.

We had a fantastic stay here. The lobby was fine, and our room was spacious. The staff were very good, offering us a wheelchair when ours didn't arrive. The concierge team was amazing and the housekeeping was great. We loved the afternoon tea in the lobby and the delicious food. The spa was also lovely. The hotel grounds and gardens were beautiful. The modern and huge room was so great. Everything worked perfectly, from the AC to the curtains. The staff was professional and managed our transportation flawlessly. The pool had great views, and the food served there was excellent. The location was convenient, close to Lumpini park and metro stations. The breakfast was the best we've ever had, with a wide variety of high-quality options and smooth service. this stay was so great, and we can't wait to come back.
